This might be the third time I've been into this store in as many months. I don't know why I keep giving them a second chance but every time I need a special part ordered I'm told they can get it overnight for me. Awesome, that lines up with my schedule. But then no one calls me. So I go in. Turns out it didn't make it on the truck whatever that means. I always go in the morning to order stuff so it's not like an afternoon order is being placed too late to make it on the truck. I just can't fathom it. This time around I ordered a small part for my jeep. They gave me the same one day promise. I came in and they informed me it was going to be yet another day because it didn't make it on the truck. So I went and found the part at our local Chrysler dealer. They were helpful and accommodating as always. I returned to Lordco to refund the parts only to be told I can't because it was a special order. The parts guy didn't tell me this when I ordered it and it doesn't say it anywhere on the invoice. They then proceed to give me blank stares when I ask them what we can do about the situation. I won't be returning to this place for parts, as sad as it is. I'd love to support local business but not when they treat you like this. Very disappointed.
